We just wanted to remind you of our cancellation policy as recently we have had an increase in missed or cancelled appointments.
No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in loss of deposit or a fee of up to £50 depending on the service.
If you are running late, you must let your practitioner know as this could result in loss of appointment and loss of deposit. We will do what we can to accommodate you where possible, however sometimes we may need to rearrange your appointment.
For appointments booked on the booking system, you will receive an appointment reminder via email 48 hours before and a text reminder 24 hours before.
